File check
Every file is opened and checked on arrival: missing fonts, low-resolution images, bleed and trim are listed back to you before work goes further.

Get in touchSheet Press USA takes artwork from the state it arrives in to a file a press can run: fonts and images checked, colour converted, pages imposed and proofs signed off before output.
This site explains what we prepare, how a file moves from arrival to release, and how to reach the people who work on it.

Colour is converted to the profile the printer runs, so the proof you approve matches what comes off the press rather than what the screen showed.
Inserts, flyers and multi-page publications are imposed to the sheet and the fold the job will actually use, with crop and registration marks in place.
Soft proofs for layout and text, and a printed proof when colour matters, each one signed off before the file is released.
Final output in the format your printer asks for, labelled with the job details so a reprint comes out the same as the first run.
The artwork in whatever state it is in, plus the finished size, the quantity and the printer it is going to. Send it through the request page or by email and we come back with what the file needs before anything is set up.

Yes. Tell us which printer and which press the job runs on, and the file is set up to their specification: bleed, colour profile, imposition and output format.
It depends on the state of the file. A clean, print-ready PDF moves quickly; artwork that needs fixing or rebuilding gets a date agreed with you before any work starts.
